Efficient Rooftop Entry: BA-NB-50C grants easy one-handed access to rooftops with the use of interior and exterior turn handles and powerful compression springs. And with automatic locking arms, easy access is ensured, every time.   

UL 790 Compliant: BA-NB-50C fortifies your structures with tamper-resistant heavy-gauge steel and a Class A UL 790 rating providing the highest level of fire resistance for rooftops.      

Easier Installations: With a 3-½" mounting flange, an overlapping cover design, and 7/8" predrilled holes, BA-NB-50C easily and securely fastens to roof decks with a straightforward, streamlined process.  

Weatherproofed Construction: BA-NB-50C has EPDM rubber gaskets permanently adhered to its cover, providing a tight seal, leaving the elements out of your spaces. BA-NB-50C's construction leaves it highly resistant to corrosion from elemental exposure, including heavy rain.       

Structural Reinforcement: BA-NB-50C provides live-load support of up to 40 pounds per square foot of load-bearing support to your rooftops.       

Optimized Energy Efficiency: BA-NB-50C has 1" thick fiberboard insulation within its curb, reinforced by 1" thick fiberglass within its cover for enhanced thermal resistance and reduced energy consumption.
