Tough, Rugged Construction: BA-UL-SEEA's 0.900 aluminum construction is damage resistant, with a cover reinforced by an extruded aluminum frame for maximized anti-corrosive properties. BA-UL-SEEA remains unbothered by hail, impact damage, tampering, and vandalism.
Maximum Sunlight Exposure: BA-UL-SEEA's domed design is enhanced by its cover, outfitted with 1/8" light-admitting polycarbonate panels for enhanced sunlight exposure and brighter spaces.
Eco-Friendly and Energy Efficient: In addition to making your buildings less reliant on artificial lighting, BA-UL-SEEA boasts a curb with 1" thick fiberboard insulation for exceptional thermal resistance and reduced heat loss. Perfect for all seasons.
Automatic Venting: BA-UL-SEEA has been rigorously tested by industry leaders UL. This model's fusible link is certified to activate and automatically open in a locking position at 90 degrees for added ventilation during fires.
Note: BA-UL-SEEA is also manually opened with interior and exterior pull release
Spring-Assisted Doors: BA-UL-SEEA's automatically opening doors are assisted by heavy-duty Torsion Coil Springs for an assured process. BA-UL-SEEA provides complete peace of mind with ensured openings when it matters most.
Weatherproofed: In addition to its durable and anti-corrosive composition, BA-UL-SEEA is well-sealed with Polyurethane Foam Gaskets adhered to the perimeter of its curb. BA-UL-SEEA stops rainwater, sleet, dust, and debris in their tracks so you can maintain a tidy work or living environment.
