Easier Installations: With a 3-½" mounting flange, an overlapping cover design, and 7/8" predrilled holes, BA-DSH-A easily and securely fastens to roof decks with a straightforward, streamlined process.

- Material: 14-gauge G-90 pain bond galvanized steel and 11-gauge aluminum
- Cover: Brake-formed hollow-metal design with 1" concealed fiberglass insulation, 3" beaded, overlapping flange, fully welded at the corners, internally reinforced for 40 psf live load
- Curb: 12" in height with integral cap-flashing, 1"fiberboard insulation, fully welded at corners, 3-½" mounting flange with 7/16" holes
- Gasket: Extruded EPDM rubber gasket permanently adhered to cover
- Hinges: Heavy-duty pintle hinges with 3/8"Type 316 hinge pins
- Latch: Positive hold/release mechanisms controlled by a single UL-listed 165°F fusible link; designed to hold cover closed against a 90 psf force
- Operation: Compression springs enclosed in telescopic tubes open covers to manually open vent covers automatically against a 10 psf snow/wind load when released
- Finish: Alkyd base red oxide primer
