Maximum Clearance Space: This double-leaf door allows convenient room for maximum vertical circulation and transportation of components.   

Weathertight and Airtight Composition: BA-RHA-EQ-DL features flush EPDM foam gaskets lining along the inside of its cover to keep dust, debris, and draft airflow out of your buildings.    

Powerful Gas Spring Powered Curb: When engaged, gas-powered spring operators allow a strong and consistent opening, supporting a live load of up to 40 lbs./sq. Ft.   

Improved Building Efficiency: This aluminum box-type roof hatch features a curb with up to 1" thick PIR insulation, providing an exceptional R-value of 6.    

One-Handed Operation: BA-RHA-EQ-DL's heavy-duty aluminum pintle hinges lock into place, allowing for easier transportation of materials, inspections, and up to a 78-degree opening radius.    

Self-Latching for Maximum Convenience: This model operates with a sturdy T-handle for a better grip and a self-latching mechanism when the job is complete.    

Anti-Corrosive Composition: BA-RHA-EQ-DL comprises aluminum and stainless steel for exceptional durability and resistance to wear and tear, rust, and corrosion in harsh and moist conditions.    

BA-RHA-EQ-DL accommodates a larger opening with more clearance space; however, the unit still maintains a lighter weight, and aluminum composition. This airtight and weathertight aluminum-constructed roof hatch provides excellent durability and weather resistance and is ideal for areas with varying and extreme weather conditions.
