Where do I find my invoice online?
  1. Login to your account on our site. You will see all your orders listed under the 'Orders' tab.
  2. Select the order number you want to print.

Where do we find out if an item is in stock?
  1. Navigate to the product page
  2. Just below the title, you'll see the 'Availability'

  3. Once you select a Category, we also have a filter function that can help you locate which panels are 'In Stock'. (Towards the bottom of the page)

How do I get a custom door?

While we have a wide range of products available in standard sizes, you may sometimes run into a situation where you need an unusual or non-standard size of door or panel. In these cases, it is best to contact us via phone, chat or email at: info@bestaccessdoors.com. We have a great team of knowledgeable associates ready to find the right product and price for you!

How do I place an order?

How do I cancel or change an order?

Orders cannot be changed after being placed. Please review our Order Cancellations Policy linked here to see if your order is eligible for cancellation and to learn about any associated fees. Order Status
Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In order for us to send us your order invoice, please reach out through chat, call or email at: help@bestaccessdoors.com

When will my order ship?

It depends on the lead time of the products ordered. If the panel(s) are 'In Stock' they will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. If any products ordered have a lead time, such as 'Availability: 3-5 days', this will hold the order until all products are ready to ship. How do I return an item?

How do I update my address?
  1. Login to your account
  2. Select 'Account'

How do I change my payment card?

I can't find a product we have ordered in the past?

Where do I find LEED certified panels?
  1. Scroll to the bottom of our webpage
  2. On the left side, select 'LEED Certification'

Shipping & Delivery
Can you ship to Canada/ U.S.A / Internationally?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note: we cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Can I expedite shipping?

How long does shipping take?

Typically, 3-5 business days after the order has left the facility. Depending on your location and the carrier service available in that location. Some exceptions and delays may apply.

How are my shipping rates calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping address and product weight & dimension. We ship from the nearest warehouse to your location based on stock availability.
