For North American audiences, these standards are recognized under UL 10B and UL 10C, ensuring compliance with local building regulations. The Best Access fire-rated roof hatch is certified to resist fire for up to 240 minutes. Unlike fire-resistant models, which provide limited protection—typically between 60 and 120 minutes—our fire-rated access hatch is specifically tested for higher durability and integrity during extended fire exposure.
