Returns Policy
"In-Stock" unused product may be returned within 30 days, with written authorization from Best Access Doors. Returns are subject to a 35% - 55% restocking fee for unopened items. The material must be returned freight prepaid only after written authorization to accept the returned material. The original freight cost to ship the order will not be refundable. Please contact us within 48 hours with any damage concerns.
Products that are not in stock and have had an option added (ex. optional lock, gasket, material) or custom made-to-order are not subject to return or cancellation.
Returns without authorization from Best Access Doors will be refused. Products damaged during the transport back to the warehouse are excluded from refunds; therefore, we recommend carefully packaging the item or insuring shipment with the carrier. The material must be in "shelf-ready" condition.
All in-stock items are marked in the product description "In-Stock" **
Non-stock items are marked in the product description "Availability 3-5 days" (or other lead time) *.
Any item which has an optional feature added (ex. lock, gasket, material) and custom made-to-order items are non-stock. Non-stock items are final sale.

Price Adjustment Policy
If our price drops on an item you have purchased, the original purchase price will apply. No refund will be made.
